    Living in such a fast paced world can be demanding and overwhelming. As we try to cope with the pressures of our environment it can be easy to lose sight of who we are and what we need. Counselling can provide a safe and creative space to stop, breath and look within. I work with you to explore the uniqueness and reality of the person you are and the life journey you have been on so far.

    As we move through life we may experience a wide range of emotional pain and difficulty. Perhaps we can't understand why we have certain feelings. We may be struggling with loss or huge life changes. Our relationships may bring with them pain and uncertainty that can be difficult to make sense of. The counselling relationship I offer values the experiences you bring with you.
